Payment Module not Restricting to Country Zone

Hello,

Our cart only requires a Shipping address, no Billing.

If i restrict a Payment Module to a specific Country Zone is still shows this Payment option for other countries.

It appears that it wants the BILLING address to be from other countries to Hide that payment module. We want it to be concerned with the SHIPPING address only.

Any thoughts would be great.

Edit the code for your payment module. In the update_status() method, you'll see that it checks $order->billing. Change this to order->shipping.
