    Default ship with customers account

    i installed the ship with customers account on zen 1.56c. the option shows on checkout but i dont see where to put in the shiping info

    when creating account number and it successfully saves number (says success In title bar) it hangs on this page,just my screen loader shows. should redirect back to checkout page.
    anyone have this working in 1.56c
