Stamps dot com has introduced a prepaid tariff arrangement for shipping into Canada from the US. It will allow direct shipping to the customer's address for a small flat rate ($6.95) without them having to go to the Post Office and pay whatever Customs requires for that product. I'd like to go back to shipping to Canada, as we did for years, but I'm not finding any way to add that prepaid tariff amount in just for Canadian addresses. Is it possible to do that without adding code? If not, I'll pick through the usps.php code and figure out where to put it, but it would be nice if something like that was built in.
