Have noticed more frequently, CKEditor is not working in Chrome 8. It stays in Text mode and will not switch to CKEditor. But, it work in IE 11.
And to make it more complicated, it DOES work sometimes in Chrome. Others NOT ??

ANyone else run into this ??
