Default Cannot send email: my server is listed on 1 RBL (blacklist)

For about the past couple months all my Zencart messages via Contact Us, anything originating from the Zen website , is being rejected. Ive tried two different emails to test this. One Earthlink email rejects it as Non deliverable. Gmail puts it into the SPam folder. This is the email set in COnfig/email options

This only started about two months ago when I noticed I wasn't getting any website inquiries into the forwarded email box. It worked fine for the past 10 years.

    cvtreasures.com
listed on 1 RBL (blacklist) - FABELSOURCES
No DMARC Record found - can be fixed in cPanel
reverse lookup (PTR) goes to 216-172-178-104.unifiedlayer.com instead of domain name

ideally you want your email signed with DKIM. which can be hard on a shared host....

if the machine where you are hosted is already on a blacklist; it does not say good things about the host.

setting up a PTR record as well as a DMARC record are excellent first steps. setting up DKIM builds on those things to ensure that email sent from your website is valid.

if you are not getting your website's emails neither are your customers.

ZC is a shopping cart that can send email. ensuring the 'net thinks that the email sent by your site is valid is more a function of your host and getting the email sending configured correctly.
