    Thanks all for the response.
Issue now is that site encounters 404 page sometimes.

According to bluehost the issue is our site software not calling private connection . Checked with them if they can move it back to the old hosting where it worked fine. They say the problem would still be there. This site has custom codes also.

Do you think getting a developer to check /fix this issue will fix this?

Your problem is as I stated in my earlier post. You have a redirect (in your cPanel/Plesk/?? Controller) that forces non-www to www but it is incorrect.

SO... When you enter your domain without the www, the system says that the non-www site does not exist. Hence, the 404.

It's best for your site to resolve to only one location. Without specifying where you want the browser to go, it has four choices:

    1. http://www.your_site.com
    2. http://your_site.com
    3. https://www.your_site.com
    4. https://your_site.com

Your your SSL, two configure.php files, and your redirect all need to match one of the four above. Otherwise, all sorts of strange things can occur with customer/admin logins.
If your host can't see this and know how to fix it.............

    Okay, here was the problem.

    Two domains involved.

Domain A probably a corporate domain of old.

Domain B new domain with all the info.

    301 for both domains

301 for A sending to the one denied by B

Set everything to go to the right spot.

Still getting flickers and 404s till DNS straightens out

One of the unfortunate aspects of the remote worker is the situation it puts upon the tech support.

In our previous world, a tech with an unknown situation could lean into the next cubicle and ask Mr Khakis if he had run into the problem before. In the IT support world of today, Mr Khakis can't stick his head in the kitchen for help.

Just for the lurkers and those who are "itchin' to know".

    Here's the scenario.

You live in a trailer park with mom and dad. You take the bus to work every day.

One day, while you're at work, mom and dad tire of the same old trailer park and move the trailer to the other side of town. Nicer location and mom made sure it had a controlled gate for security. She liked that about the old place.

Well, you're at work and it's time to go home. You know what bus you road in on but, you had gotten a text from mom that you've moved. She gave you the address but the regular bus driver has no idea where it is or which bus to take to get there.

So here you are at work with an address that you don't know how to get to and the gate code for the old park. Even if you got the right bus, you wouldn't be able to get into the park without the correct gate code!

So, mom says, "Don't worry son, I'll come pick you up. No need to take the bus."

Mom arrives and son feels better until they arrive at the new park. Her opener has not been programmed for the new park, and she can't remember what the code is for this park. Dad has gone night fishing and won't be back till dawn.

Dad comes home and is able to get everyone in the house. He makes sure that everyone gets in the house, programs mom's opener, and decides the son can work from home. No more bus.

    The park is the website.
The bus is a redirect from an old website.
    The bus driver is DNS.
The gate code is the SSL.

We asked bluehost to revert it to previous hosting after they told us that it was their mistake to migrate to WP PRO. After migration website was still showing same issues. Finally they found out that our dedicated IP address was tied to two different boxes. So they cancelled the IP and gave a new one. Finally the site is up.

Thank you all for the help given.

My take from all this is that #0000FF host is just after #00FF00.

Unless you are doing Amazon-like traffic on a dedicated server or require a super-powers certified SSL, there's really little or no need in today's world for a dedicated IP.

Your site is still not showing secured correctly and the redirect is incorrect.
