And review it again. :) Don't miss the first link about how to rebuild to perform the upgrade... No matter how many words are present, I would consider it a lot easier and more successful to complete... Backup, backup, backup and don't modify your live site until you have proven to yourself time and again that you can do an upgrade of a backup of that site without issues. The final transition should take only a short time.
