This just started happening this morning for some reason.
Using Zen Cart 1.5.6c PHP version 7.1.8
PHP Warning: array_keys() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /usr/home/xxx/public_html/xxx/xxx/includes/classes/AdminNotifications.php on line 149.
Is there something up with the Project Notification server?

I too found this happening this morning although I'm not entirely sure why.
There is a ZC v1.57 change to AdminNotifications.php that seems to do the job:
