Category ID Reset through PHPMyAdmin Errors (Cannot manually Add anymore Categories)

Hi,
Just installed the latest version of zen-cart 1.5.6c on php 7.2.3.
After following the advice on this link (https://www.zen-cart.com/showthread....363#post235363) to reset my category ID's via phpmyadmin, I cannot manually add categories anymore, when I do, it just stops and top half of the page loads but not the bottom, please view snapshot. (https://imgur.com/a/RfPD1GU).

I have tried EMPTY them again and try to manually add and it didn't work.

I hope someone can help.

i would look for some error logs and post the contents.

The first place to look for those logs would be the logs folder found at the root of your store. There is expected to be a myDEBUG-adm-xxx type file for each failed attempt to perform that operation. Note that if posting the content of any of those files that the admin directory will be present and among any other considered sensitive information should be obscured (can show as admin, my_admin, YOUR_ADMIN, etc...)
