Have installed the latest Zencart twice as shop and catalog just get access denied on each of them.
I have done all the chmod as in the instructions
See windows12shop.com/store or windows12shop.com/catalog
Any ideas please.

How did you install? From https://www.zen-cart.com/latest or an "autoinstaller" provided by your host? Are you installing on Apache?
That sentence you erased before posting had some very good questions that, if answered, would help us help you.
You say you did "all the chmod as in the instructions" Which files/folders did you chmod? There are only two files that might need to be chmod to 444 for security.

For "access denied", see your server's Apache error_log for explanations about why it's denying you access before the PHP software even starts running.
