CEON - advanced shipepr Mod - support?

From another thread, I was strongly suggested to get the Advanced Shipper mod.

It seems very powerful.

I've tie contacting the developpers(ceon.net), but no reply after 3 times filling out the contact form.

I basically want to make sure that I can get support, assistance when configuring the Mod.

I've seen a small number of threards on the topic.

Hopefully the zen cart forums will be able to help when needed. I've seen a good number of people using it.

Yes, Advanced Shipper solves most shipping conundrums.

In my experience, support is normally rapid.
