index.php?main_page=contact_us...help please

my new shop, index.php?main_page=contact_us does not link to the contact us page:
my ISP host tells me contact.php.html is added but should be .php

i have no idea where to find it, and i have now deleted and installed every possible version, with every possible php version. and its driving me nuts
its the only page that gives a blanc and i have only installed, nothing more a fresh installation

even after installing and checking a new template ( bootstrap) it does not work

the log says this, but i don't understand half of it also ( i'm panicing as you can see)

is there anybody who thinks this is a "oh yes....moment ? and can help me please?

You're trying to do some kind of redirect it looks like. Just stop doing that and everything will work.

Don't use contact.php.html which looks like something outside Zen Cart. Just use Zen Cart's contact form.

Your contact us URL should be

I know SWGuy, i am aware it redirects but i have not done that.
It does it after a fresh install and i have no idea where to find the file that would change it back ( or i would have already) but my shop only has the template ( also directly and nothing changed) on it.

even when not adding a template ( wanted to see if that would change anything) it does re-direct.

define "fresh install". Are you loading files from the Zen Cart compressed file or using some "Auto Installer" provided by a host?

HI , have done both. Installatron ( don't like that) and downloaded from the website / installing myself.
last version as it is now, is an Installatron version btw.
they both give that same error
im going to delete this night and install a new version ( 1.5.7) and see what happens.

Anything but the download is going to be a problem.
