no list of define pages in admin

Hi guys, going to try this again and see if someone can figure things out.
v1.5.7 - PHP 7.1.33
site: sonicartaudio dot com.

I loaded up the latest 1.5.7 zip into my account in a separate folder and unzipped it in there, then copied all the main files across to my existing install to overwrite then in case something was missing from the initial Installatron install.

in Admin:
admin>configuration>define_page_status = "Define Page-Not-Found Status"
Nothing else in there!

admin>tools>define_pages_editor = all the pages can be seen.

I have spent hours googling this trying to find a thread where someone has this issue and nothing is helping. All I want is the define pages to work like they are in an old 1.3.9 I have!

First guess would be that some files didn't make the FTP trip. Also check the settings in Configuration > Define Page Status

Can you post a screenshot of this?
Also before you do this, clear your /logs folder, then afterwards check and post any logs you get.

OP lists the site in the original post. From looking under the hood, the files are either missing or turned off in Define Pages Status. No indication of a file or css override.

I cleared the logs. (found one that was pertinent to something else and have posted in the payment module section about this).

I opened a browser window again, loaded website. (the log for the payment module popped up again, nothing else).
I logged into admin, opened "config>define page status".
Checked logs in cpanel, nothing new.
I took your screen shot of what I am seeing.
I F5'd everything, logged out and back in again, went back to "config>define page status" still no logs.

OK. Go to phpMyAdmin and enter this command:

SELECT configuration_key, configuration_group_id FROM zen_configuration WHERE configuration_key like 'DEFINE_%_STATUS';

then paste in the result.

I can open phpMyAdmin in cpanel no problem, I can click on my database to open its directory, but I dont see a command can be entered? Search and query button up the top, then Filters: "containing the word" and a window to enter words. where do you enter a command and what are we looking for the command to do?

Ok google said click SQL, so I typed all that in, wont let you cut n paste I hit go and this came up:

#1146 - Table 'sonicart_*****.zen_configuration' doesn't exist
