UPS Plugin Broken

The UPS plugin stopped working so I uninstalled it, downloaded the *new version here (https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1293) and it is not the new version. Upon reinstalling and configuring the UPS Version Date remains 2019-01-13.

Alright I finally got the files updated, but UPS isn't working.

Zen 1.5.5F & PHP 7.0

Somewhere in the midst of things, one of the issues was that the server address changed for ups. Not sure (though thought the latest version captured that) if the address got updated. There were a rash of ups postings for a bit I think last year? Haven't checked anything really recently to determine if it is/was just a recent issue again as well...

I cringe to write this because I hate it when tech support responds with "it works for me" ... but in this case it's true: I just did a fresh install, added the UPS module, clicked Install, and went to checkout and it shows me UPS quotes.

Granted, my test was on 1.5.7 and PHP 7.4

... but UPS isn't working

Further clarification on "isn't working"?
no quotes?
partial quotes, like the section appears but nothing in it?
any debug log errors?
wrong quotes returned?
firewall blocking outbound communications?

Also, in the module's PHP code there is a section you can uncomment to have it email you response data. You could alter it to just dump it to the screen. You could also debug the curl communications to look for errors that may be happening when asking for quotes.
