can not login or create account on my site

i am on zen cart156c

and i had it all set up.. but realize that when a customer goes to buy something to click on the buy it now button it goes to create an account or sign in to customers thata already has an account

so when then I put in the account infomation i created to to all ready have an account put in email address and pasword
click button and it and it keep going back to the create account page. and no errors files where made.

This should have generated an error message in the logs directory, unless the error messaging system is not installed, it is disabled, the folder doesn't have permissions set to record the information, the directory doesn't exist, or possibly some of a few other reasons.

Please help help yourself by addressing the items in the posting tips...

That log indicates: --> PHP Fatal error: 1364:Field 'customers_extrafield' doesn't have a default value

You've added some plugin that adds that customers_extrafield element to the customers table in the database. When that field was added, it was identified as having no default value.

Your webhost has updated your site's MySQL server to a more strict version that is now pointing out that during the create-account processing that the plugin isn't also adding the data required for that field.
