tableu2 - Cant Access Order History from My account (HELP NEEDED)

Dear All,

I encountered a problem using tableu2 theme, all is working fine accept for order history in my account.
I had tried searching the forums for similar problems but found none.

This is the error log.

Unfortunately tableau2 overwrites a bunch of core files. It might not work with 1.5.7.
