ot_coupon not calculated correctly unless it is lowest sort order of discounts

Unless ot_coupon is set to the lowest sort order in order total, ot_coupon value is not calculated correctly when ot_quantity_discount is triggered for a product in a category that is no associated with the ot_coupon parameters.

Expectation is that discounts are calculated correctly regardless of their position in the sort order when above subtotal.

Same issue regardless of OPC setting true/false

TNX for the link though those notes seem to be referencing sales tax calculations and not the discount coupon calculation.

I can't make the notes match my example but if the short answer is to always put the built in coupon discount before anyone else's plugin if you want calculations to be made correctly, then I'll try to remember that.
