New Install Says "Sorry, requires minimum PHP 5.5" but version is 7.3.6

Yes, I did look at the other installations and two of them state "PHP Version 5.4.45" so my cPanel is not reporting that correctly. I guess I will have to use a little lower version of ZenCart. Bummer! But I guess there is nothing else I can do for now. Thanks for the input, Everyone.

Wait - did you check what @gilby said about the .htaccess file? What about a php.ini file, which could also be the culprit?

Thanks for the reminder on those. In the meantime, I discovered how to update my PHP version. Evidently cPanel was reporting the wrong version. I went one version up so I qualify for the newest ZenCart. Again, thank you all so much!
