radio buttons on the checkout shipping page

Hello

Is here a mod available which will create two radio buttons on the checkout shipping page and include this data in the order confirmation email? I want to ask customers whether the delivery address is residential/commercial. My site does not calculate the shipping rates as it is a wholesale website. This is just to get the conformation regarding the address type through the order confirmation email. Not required to store in the database

This is available in the unreleased Twitch Delivery Information module. Delivery date/preferred time - radio - AM|PM, phone number, card message - All of this data is static and stored/passed along the same way everything else in the shopping cart/order is passed - on screen display, then emails and remains in the order history/display for customer and admin records.

We could just use the radio buttons and change the wording to the customer to residential/commercial to suite your needs.

This module is being integrated into Twitch Base6 for Zen Cart 1.56c with on/off switches for each block to allow a lot of flexibility for all of our Base6 clients.

It has not been funded for public release to date.
