Customer creation failed in updated 1.5.7

i got this error when i tried to create a customer account.

Be sure to open new threads for new topics. This was split off from your last thread.

The issue here is that you have modified the customers_info table in your database to include a field called customers_info_source_id with no default value. So your choices are:

- modify your database to set a default value for customers_info.customers_info_source_id
- modify your includes/modules/YOURTEMPLATE/create_account.php to correctly set the customers_info_source_id field
- remove the customers_info_source_id field from your customers_info table
