Cross-border Shipipng Broker options? API?

I am getting closer to setting things up for my online store.

I am located in Canada. I have a local service that can bring packages across the border.

Does anyone know of a good broker for USA shipping? Meaning is there an API(integration) for a broker like shipstation or another?

I would consider UPS, USPS, or another, but unless one has volume, the prices are not discounted at all if you buy directly. You need a broker, or a site like shipstation.

Any feedback on possible companies to work with?
