Where can I remove the model and quantity from the product info page?

There's a number of ways to do so with admin settings.

Possibly the easiest way to find is to use the developers tool kit in the tools menu.

Within the second text box down, associated with Search in Configuration Settings/Keys, can place the word or phrase to use. I put in model and then came up with options associated with the product type and then various locations for display such as the product info page, new products, specials, etc.... I would expect that quantity type information may also exist at those same locations.
