(Invalid Order Status) showing at first on an order. No changes to admin core files. Once he changed it to shipped, it was okay. What can cause this? I see it in the orders code but don't see what the full mechanism is here.

What are the values in Modules -> Payment -> Square for the Set Order Status and Set Refunded Order Status settings. Are those status values valid for the site?
