What version of the plugin are you using?
The latest version in plugins is ok, but the newer versions on Numinix.com cause me the issue you listed.

Version from plugins plus a couple of PHP7 fixes.
But as suddenly as it stopped working, it started working again.
Not sure what happened.

Nope - I was looking at my local setup which has always worked. I'm going to build a stand-alone tester and see if I can isolate the issue, which seems to relate to host configuration.

Fedex has been doing that intermittantly to us since upgrading from zc154 to zc156c
