157 - 157a Upgrade - No Refresh Option

Sorry if this is elsewhere but after 3 hours of searching and trialing I'm still stuck at the following screen trying to upgrade from 1.57 to 157a.
There is no option to refresh as discussed here https://docs.zen-cart.com/user/upgra...led_upgrading/ and I can only assume it has to do with the Gzip compression.
Any ideas on how to get it up and running.

There's rarely any "database upgrade" step with a "letter-release" version change, such as v157-to-v157a.

Nothing to do here.

I'm not sure where "here" is exactly on your end.
But whatever step you're taking is suggesting to use zc_install to upgrade the database. Consider that step completed if you're just going from v157 to 157a.

Really, from v157 to v157a is mostly just a replacement of a bunch of files (after first making sure you hadn't customized those files, if you had then you'd merge the changes into them)

"here" was the screenshot I posted previously.
I ended up creating another new blank database and doing a clean install then copying the old database into and adding it to the configure files.
All seems to work now, just missing images?
Hopefully it will get up from here.
