While updating my code for displaying product viewed and modifying my product status page in admin I have for auctions, I found an interesting question. The count_product_view table is a growing table without a way to empty it! There is a method in admin store manager, but it's commented out... Wondering if that got missed or did I miss something..

There weren't any plans to empty it.

The old report "cleared" the counters because that was the only way to ever get an indication of counts/activity over time: print the report and clear it to zero, then print again later to see what the difference was.

Now you have access to all activity without needing to reset.
