Any suggestions on how to upgrade a zen cart form version 1.5.2 on a server running php 5.2.17?
HostGator has upgraded to php 7.4, but site is at php 5.2.17
When I attempt to install the latest version of zen cart I get a parse error in the application_top.php line 14 (which makes no sense to me).
I added an .htaccess file to the new version fileset and that throws a 500 Internal Server Error - I'm sure due to the current site running php 5.2.17
Sorry for rambling, but I hope this makes sense.
