    PHP version: 5.6 for now

The list of plugins are various and not up to date, sorry but the store was working grand at the old host. This host/dedicated server on the other hand is a different story.

I plan to upgrade to PHP7.3+ and the latest version of cart but want the silly store to work right.

So far the only problems I have now are in the store all the single product vendors show nada when you visit their spot...WOD. In admin the ckeditor just stopped working and it is 4.6? was going to upgrade it to 5, even if it claims it already is to see it that helps. IF I hold down the Ctrl key +F5 after that refresh (even after a DNS flush of computer) it will show up in the new category page but I need to do that each and everry time.

The store was working fine except for the single product vendors until earlier today...now it is WOD. I am at my wits end, Should I remove all the files and reupload the files all over then somehow use zc_install? I checked the database and it doesn't show any messed up settings.

A really dumb question here...you name your site, go to c-panel and take care of listing it in the accounts area. then it uses fantasies as the user for the DB but the original DB had the tables listed and the main link as /path to files/fantasie/

My cache folder will not accept the error logs, it did once then went to having nothing but its normal files in there.

I need help -- I know so what else is new.

Check with your host. 500 error showing but I would bet they jumped your PHP up without telling you.

Agreed - A PHP update by your hoster is almost certainly what happened.

    What about

    • Zen Cart v1.3.9 series is compatible with PHP 5.2.10 thru PHP 5.3.x.

The big DIFF is not what IT will work with but, what your host has given YOU to work with.

Plus, you did say you were using very old PHP 5.6

Well the debug files are in both admin/includes and in the main includes folder in proper area since it comes with the version of cart. But cache folder does not cough up anything and there is no log folder would I find them elsewhere.

There's no /logs folder until zc151. For zc139h, any logged errors (and they have to be errors) should be logged to the site's /cache folder. Have you checked the permissions on that folder to make sure that it's writable?

I would rename your existing htaccess file.. your SEO Rewrites may be pointing at the wrong locations..

I'm getting response as if something is there on known files (200), and getting strange response errors as if bounced by a htaccess file for files that shouldn't exist (404).
