Product Images not loading

I am having an odd problem. New store at 1.5.7b with IH5, OPC, & Fluorspar Template.

I was giving my wife an Admin account to create new products on her laptop. For some reason, the product images were not uploading. I logged out of here profile and into mine and experienced the same issue. I thought I had permission issues with the /images folder. However, that is not the case. This am I load an image perfectly from my laptop and my admin account.

Any thoughts on where to start looking for the problem? Even trying to load an image from IH5 does not work.

When you say that the IH5 upload does not work, are there any messages and/or debug-logs generated?
