Logo WILL NOT CHANGE... even after deleting original

I can not get the logo to change on my site..from the original to the one I threw together.
It reverts back to the original.
I deleted the original and its gone from the page, but when I title my new one with the same name ... logo.jpg, it shows the original which isn't even there now.
Even if I go incognito ...its still showing the original.

I'm using the Responsive Apparel Boutique theme and yes, I have changed the jpg file in that folder and a couple others trying to get it to work.

Did you clear your browser cache?

Yes multiple times and tried incognito .... went a different way for now.

Go to your site and let the page load. Then press Ctrl+F5 and tell us if it changed anything.
