Super Orders 5.0 and Batch

I have a system running super orders 5 from github which apparently I loaded some time ago it appears to have overwritten 4.0 after upload. The system has thousands of orders on it and seems fine.

I have found no issues with the github 5.0 version yet there are no updates in years and no forum threads on that version either.

Is there a reason NOT to go live with it? Am I missing something?

Super orders really matters for the batch updates of orders as there may be dozens and dozens per day and it's wicked tedious to update them one by one.

Does anyone have 5.0 live and or have modifications they can share to make it viable live?

I'll add: if your only reason for using Super Orders is to "batch update the status of several orders at once", then the "all invoices" plugin is much more lightweight and typically accomplishes the same, if your workflow suits.

Yes that thread appears to be dead which is why a new one. Plus it's the old version not the 5.0 version. I did look at that and saw your post.

Dr Byte I will check that plugin out. And yes pretty much only purpose of SO is batch so if that plug solves that then sounds perfect will test it out and thanks for the tip.
