How to add DHL International as a shipping method?

I have the ShipStation plugin installed and it works wonderfully. I have the DHL account integrated with out ShipStation account. How on Earth do I actually add DHL International as an optional shipping method for an order? I couldn't find any documentation or a plugin for DHL Shipping Module that works with 1.5.6b, just the ShipStation module.

The latest DHL shipping module is for 1.5.4. Would this work with 1.5.6?

If you searched by DHL, you should have found https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=75

Don't know if it completely matches the ShipStation connection but folks are working on the mod. Check out the Support Thread as well.

That appears to be for package tracking. I'm looking for a way to actually add DHL as a shipping option at checkout. I already have the shipstation module installed and it's supposed to work with DHL. I just don't have a way for the customer to choose DHL at checkout and have it properly quote the price based on shipping address.

Recently, I tried to add DHL quote on our site so our intl customers can choose/compare it. I tried the XML plug-in as the following:

Unfortunately, it didn't work with zc 1.57d. I'm able to fix the warning errors, but there is no quote showing up. It shown "We are unable to obtain a rate quote for DHL shipping." It is possible since it is an 8-year old plug-in...

Anyone using zen cart with DHL?
