Modification of the transport module

Could someone modify the shipment so that the shipment is offered based on a price comparison and, in addition, according to the attribute: oversize / standard shipment. Is there any way to do this? Could someone edit it? Please for info, thank you.

We have a customer that sells flag poles and flags. Naturally, you can't send a flag pole with "if it fits, it ships".

You can specify shipping for a category or a specific product.

It does NOT contain files to get quotes from any shipper so, you will need to install USPS, UPS, etc and it will take it from there.
