Yes, I see the customer still has $25 in that column. It means it is still available, but how does she send it to someone?

She logs in, goes to "My Account" and because she has a balance avaliable she will see a box with the title "Gift Certificate Account" and the text "You have a balance available in your Gift Certificate account. You may spend it or send it to someone else. To send click the button below.

Your Gift Certificate balance is:$xx.xxUSD"

and a button that says "Send a Gift Certificate"

OK, the customer did that, entered the email for the recipient.
Looking in the GC queue, I don't see it to be released. Is that expected (maybe since I did release it initially)?

Look in GC sent list and check her balance again to see if it changed
