Classic Contemporary Green template in 1.5.7 doesn't show items in cart

I just updated to 1.5.7 and used the Classic Contemporary Green template. We have been using this template, with just some color changes for several years. With the new version, items do not show in the cart. The correct total cost shows and you can checkout. It just doesn't list the items.

Any ideas?

also, it is 2021, why use the non-responsive classic green? I would stick the ZCA Bootstrap Template on it ( https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=2191 )

I also note that there is nothing on the product information pages... most likely related to the old PHP version

Sorry, I meant we have PHP 7.4.

My client is looking into moving to a different shopping cart system, and doesn't want anything changed on this one right now. If I can't get the same one working, though, we might have to. I just wanted to check if there was an easy fix for this until we get everything moved.

While it has been several hours since I first saw this thread, it is possible that there have been changes made since then.

I note that on my mobile I was able to add a product to the cart and when I went to the cart, it was there. During this process though I reviewed the SSL certificate information and it appears that the site forces the www. prefix, but the certificate is for the site without that prefix.

Should change includes/configure.php (will need to change the permissions to support writing before trying to save the changes) and also change admin/includes/configure.php to remove the www. prefix from the HTTP_SERVER related constants...

Also would suggest identifying the browser(s) that have been used to perform testing and their results of the issue.

They switch to responsive classic from regular classic, which appears to have resolved the original issues.

Any log at all would be informative as there are not to be logs generated in a properly operational and up-to-date site. The content of the logs would be telling of the issue(s).
