Discount has been calculated twice

I am using group pricing disount in order total module which come with the zen cart 1.5.6c. In all payment methods are correct of calculation for discount. But I just install new plug-in for 2c2p payment module, I found that the value of total amount sent in final step usually incorrect if there is discount applied. The discount always be calculated twice e.g. I set the group discount as 5%, then in finally the total amount usually be discount 5% for two times (totally 9.75% as 5% on 5%). Please advise me what file I should go to see for more details.
