There appears to be caching on my server. At first the agent denied it...now he admits but is having trouble fixing it. I think I got the new guy this afternoon :|

Have you ever had one of those days where things just went sideways? It turns out, I had been connected to the SFTP for a while ...without saving the parameters. So when I logged back in today to upload the changes, WinSCP went back to the last Dreamhost connection that I saved...which was the wrong site. GERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR....But they did have caching turned on so at least that is fixed. lol
