ezpages will not load

On my new site I can not get the ezpages to load, on the old site they worked fine.
https://www.thecubden.org/store1/ As you can see I have a few of them setup.


Talking about at the top at information, then useful links will not show the ezpages.

It doesn't even appear in the page source as if it is turned off.

Just a thought that it might be some bad html inside an early JavaScript call. Showing up as line 35 in your page source. Just a WAG.

Other problems later on but this one does come before the EZ-Pages are normally called.

So I'm total puzzled. If i turn them on in side boxes by tools>ezpages then they show up in the useful links
