Easy way to get to them is to "install" Display Logs through the modules->Plugin Manager.
If using ftp, then in the root of your store/catalog there is a folder called logs. There is also this "docs" link with more info: https://docs.zen-cart.com/user/troub...ng/debug_logs/

Change the name of the admin directory... By publicly posting the admin path in previous posts, that information has become known and possibly being used to try to gain access through collection of other information (username for example which leaves just guessing the password).

Note, while changing the admin folder name works in a default install of Zen Cart 1.5.7, there may be other things that need to be changed such as information within an .htaccess file at the root of your store. A default install does not include that file. It would typically be added for URI rewriters or for other reasons such as hardening the site, etc... Likely not an issue to chase, but basically if you change the admin folder name, attempt to access it and are sent to your catalog then that would be an indication of a need to change something.

Wild guess - after you get the 403 page, you can't access your site at all for the next 15-20 minutes? If that's so, my money would go on mod_security which probably gets triggered by your product descriptions. I doubt you can change your mod_security settings so this is something for your host to resolve, most likely by disabling mod_security on your account (I have no idea if it can be tweaked or made less strict).
