    Default Cannot update catalogue

    webhouses.co.uk

    I added one book and now every time I click update I get a 403 from
    this

    It happens using Firefox and Google Chrome

    Can you explain what is going on and how I can fix it.

    Only when I try to add a book enter all the details then click Preview it goes to the site 403 Forbidden from

    When I click Preview address line is
    https://webhouses.co.uk/store/gRasp-...roduct_preview

    It then goes to403 Forbidden. I thought mine was a secure connection?

    The time stamps seem to indicate that there is more than 15 minutes between each page navigation (more so when ignoring the "other" ip address).

    Suggest a small test to see if/when the issue reappears.
    Begin a new product.
    Populate a field.
    Select to preview the data.
    If there is more to be entered, return to the previous screen.
    Repeat from populating a field until ready to fully save *AND* be sure to step through the process at least once every 10 minutes or so (less than 15 minutes).

    The goal is to evaluate some things: is there something about previewing a product that causes "unusual" action, is there some content in the collect_info page or preview page that is causing some specific response or has the session expired because entry took too long.

    Note also, the above "logs" that were provided are informative, but are not quite the same ones that were asked about. The question about debug logs is asking to look in the shopping cart folder /logs for files that typically begin with the filename myDEBUG-adm (for admin type issues. Note that the admin directory name is logged within the file so be cautious when posting).

    I have changed password and using a different IP address and it is still being attacked.

    Any ideas Please
