I really don't want shipstation to email my customers so it's probably good that feature isn't working. Shipstation updates the orders in my admin to shipped and appends the comments with tracking so if I can get it to also basically check the box to email the customer when it does that, that is all I want.
Just want to say thanks for the help! I went and changed the 0 to a 1 and now it does what I needed it to do. As you can see, now an email is being sent through admin to the customer with tracking. Exactly what I needed!
Hopefully that helps anyone else who wants their site to email customers with tracking too.
You'll want to check that an email actually got sent. :-)
@ChuckPhillips is correct - this is just an entry in your order comments table. You'd have to call the email function to actually send the mail.
Newer versions of Zen Cart include a function called `zen_update_orders_history()` that would update the relevant tables *and* send the email.
