Just installed 1.5.7 classic responsive and realized there is no customer registration button next to the login button. What did I do wrong. Test site link below.

Perhaps you had some previous add on or other template modification that is not currently included? I've looked at an older version and yours and both have the same "login" feature: give the login information or otherwise provide payment (billing) details and continue on...
