    Default Contact me button says email sent but I am not receiving the email..

    Several months ago my store was updated to v175c by an outside person. I never checked to see if the contact button worked correctly and was contacted by a customer via phone saying he sent messages but I never got them. So I tested it and it shows that the message is being sent but they are not being received by me:-(

    I am assuming it happened in the update because it worked previously. There are other things the person I hired messed up but I am fixing those gradually as I find them.... The website is not used often, however, I need the contact me to work - temporarily I added my email for them to email me directly but I prefer for the contact to work.....any ideas?

    Your site is not running SSL-all-the-time (i.e. both HTTP_SERVER and HTTPS_SERVER for the storefront 'should' reference https://www.KaleidoscopeGalaxy.com) and the current versions of Zen Cart require that the contact_us page be accessed via SSL. You're probably seeing a silent redirect on that form's submission to the non-SSL version of the page.

    Make sure that the site's got a valid SSL certificate and then update the /includes/configure.php (remember that it's going to be marked as read-only!) and the /admin/includes/configure.php files to reflect that (a) SSL is being used on the storefront and (b) both the HTTP[_CATALOG]_SERVER and HTTPS[_CATALOG]_SERVER settings both 'identify' as https.

    Ugh, thanks a bunch. Another mistake the upgrade person made I guess. Hopefully a quick, painless fix:-)
