Why doesn't COD show up?

Not to hijack a thread....

I am trying to get COD to appear in Check out (in addition to paypal and check/money order). It simply will not appear.

My goal is to allow people to pay me in cash when I deliver goods(services). Should I be using COD?

I have three diffferent sort orders 1,2,3

What am I missing.

Cod only shows up as an option if the order has content_type = 'physical'. (This is other than normal restrictions like Zone, of course.)

Content type? What exactly does that mean. And how would one set this to physical......Not sure I have ever heard of "content type = physical" in ZC

So I provide a service at clients location. I want them to have cash as an option. What is the best way to do that. I realize check/money order also can be changed to check/money order/cash. And maybe I should do that.

That was the hard way.

Easy way was to change

Check/Money Order ----> Check, Money Order or Cash
