I want to add a class to the a href link

The define is in includes/languages/english.php unless overridden by you.
The define is PRODUCTS_PRICE_IS_CALL_FOR_PRICE_TEXT
If you are using other than bootstrap, it would be used in includes/functions/functions_prices (again, if not overridden)
I'm wonderng why .list-price a would not control it but it has something stopping it and the a before it has it's own class.
