    Default Shipping Issue

    Hi All,

    I am having issues with my site with overseas orders especially New Zealand.
    Address example:
    Joe Blogs
    25 Torlesse St
    Enner Glynn, 7011
    NSN, New Zealand

    I have turned off the ozpost module and still having the same issue with it saying
    Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.
    Please contact us for alternate arrangements.

    I have table rate running for Australia and the other modules that are installed are:
    Zone Rates (zones) (off)
    Zone Table rate (off)
    Free Shipping Rules (on for Australia)
    Free Shipper (off)
    Item (not installed)
    Per Unit (not installed)
    Flat Rate (not installed)

    I did have someone do some work and they setup that Australia and New Zealand could have free shipping and items over $150 and under 3 Kilo shipped free.

    I am at a loss as to why it keeps coming up with the same message saying that we don't ship to New Zealand and I have had a few customers complaining about not being able to get past Set 1 of check.

    Any asistance would be appreciated with advise on what files to check.

    Based on what you have said, it looks like you don't have a shipping module that covers NZ.
    Can you turn on Zone Table Rate for NZ?

    Seems like this work was disabled perhaps?

    Hi swguy,

    Thanks for your imput regarding making the Zone Table rate active (still no postage rate is showing even after turning off OZPOST Module).

    After making it active no change and still getting this message:
    Not Available At This Time
    Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.
    Please contact us for alternate arrangements.

    I have checked Countries in admin and it is on
    I have checked Zone Definitions and it is active and no taxes and state is listed Nelson
    I have checked taxes and the only one listed is Australia

    I am thinking that it has something to do when the customer is imputing their address and not registering correctly that migh be causing the issue.

    What files do I need to look at fo errors?

    You said you made the Zone Table Rate module active, but do you have settings to handle NZ? You want an NZ zone.

    Hi swguy,

    I found the issue and it had to do with free shipping for the poduct.

    It appears that if I tick free shipping in the admin of the product it will not allow it to ship overseas.

    What I need to workout is how to do free shipping to NZ with products that are under the 3 kilo limit.
