I'm unfamiliar with HostPresto. Check in your site's cPanel to see if there's a "Speed" or "Performance" area where you can disable the host's "Dynamic Cache".

If it's enabled, disable it and flush all its caches. If it's not enabled, it's not the source of your issue, but I suggest never enabling it.

Not showing enabled or not enabled and when flushing it, it stated no cache to flush
