Create Account Error

Hi All,

I am receiving this error after updating my google recaptcha image checker for when people want to create an account or send a message.

I have noticed that the page has changed because usually I have two fields for the email addeess which I think has something to do with the error message.

The meaasge that I receive after clicking submit is:
The Confirmation Email must match your Email Address.

If anyone can put me in the right direction as to how to fix the problem ite would be appreciated.

How did you update reCaptcha, did you simply upload the files? If so, you probably overwrote your includes/templates/mo(yuck)zen_temp/templates/tpl_contact_us_default.php which has the confirmation email input field.
Take the original file from your backup and compare it with the one from the reCaptcha plugin or just add the reCaptcha block of code to the original file - that should sort it out.

Hi balihr

Nothing has changed even if I upload the old file.

I did have to replace the captcha code to get it to work and I don't know what changes it has done to the site.

At present no customers can create an account

Got it sorted out it was the create account tpl module causing the issue.

Yeah, sorry about that, no idea why I wrote tpl_contact_us_default.php...
Of course it's the tpl_modules_create_account.php... Glad you've figured it out!
