Contact us page, reply to not replying to correct email address.

Good evening folks. I think I broke something and I don't know where. I added a text box to my contact us page to include phone number and order numbers, but somewhere in there I think I screwed up the reply to function. When I get a message via the contact us page, and I hit reply in the email (using outlook or webmail apps), it replies to the store email address and not the customer. I have to manually copy and paste the customer's email address. Does anyone know where I can look to try to unscrew this screw up? Thanks in advance!

Same problem experienced if the contact us form is completed while temporarily using one of the Zen Cart built in default templates?

I have a suspicion that it is something else, but helping to push down the path of existing questioning.

Don't know if this problem is ongoing or not because at least I hadn't responded further. When in the admin and looking at the configuration settings for email, could you list the settings applied? Don't need the actual email address(es) and just looking at the settings from the top to the point where basically the options are present to say receive copies of emails.

I am thinking that the setting for must send from a known email address is possibly incorrect. Some of the other items of the posting tips may be of help to address as the means by which the current site came into existence may also play a factor.
