    possibly add a

    if (newWindow.closed)

    The window would then open unless there is already one open.

    dbltoe, the window sizing issue occurs only on Chrome, on both Windows and Mac machines. Firefox and Safari work fine; their popup windows are the correct size.

    I also like the bootstrap modals, having seen them in an add-on.

    I saw your chrome statement but, I (and apparently Mike) am not seeing what you are seeing using my Chrome.
